Product Features
With smelting slag as the main raw material, the JW series of cement powder is developed for metal mines. Its main feature is that the early strength is high, and there is no phenomenon that the whole tailings filling material is not solidified or can not be demoulded when ordinary Portland cement and composite Portland cement are used. The use of this material as a filling gel material, whether it is pumping, environmental protection, mobility, early strength, can meet the needs of underground mining, the metal recovery rate has no effect. In particular, the amount of province (less than cement dosage 1/2), so that the material's performance price ratio is significantly better than other cementitious materials. This product is suitable for cemented filling of whole tailings paste in metal mines. In addition, JW series adhesive powder can also be used for underground grouting, road construction, fire fighting, flame retardant and other fields.
Using phosphorus chemical waste development of alpha glue phosphorus powder and beta glue phosphorus powder, hardened body hydration products for ettringite, hard column stone, silicate aluminum gel minerals, hydration products through filling pores, filling body strength to meet the requirements of mining technology, suitable for phosphate and bauxite and other chemical mines.
The soil heavy metal stabilizing/curing agent developed with blast furnace slag as the main raw material, the pH of the repaired soil is close to the original soil, the C- S-H gel with low calcium-silicon mass ratio of hydration products is formed, and the internal structure of the soil is compact, which is conducive to the adsorption or co-precipitation, encapsulation and solidification of heavy metals.
Products and scope of application
alpha glue phosphorus powder:It is suitable for cemented filling in which the filling aggregate is full tailings of phosphate rock.
beta glue phosphorus powder:It is suitable for cemented filling with phosphate ore full tailings and phosphogypsum as filling aggregate.
JW-I type glue powder:It is suitable for cemented filling in which the filling aggregate is iron tailings.
JW-T type glue powder:It is suitable for cemented filling with tungsten ore full tailings as filling aggregate.
JW-P type glue powder:It is suitable for cemented filling in which the filling aggregate is full tailings of lead-zinc ore.
JW-C type glue powder:It is suitable for cemented filling with red mud and copper ore tailings.
HMS-III soil heavy metal stabilizing/solidifying agent:Suitable for heavy metal contaminated soil remediation.
Plant construction scheme/engineering case
Cementitious material production line, generally using high-performance mill, the main raw materials of blast furnace slag, yellow phosphorus slag and other industrial waste grinding, so that its surface volume of 600m.2/kg above, the formation of slag powder, and then strictly in accordance with the design ratio to add desulfurization gypsum, fly ash and activator and other materials, mixed to form a product.
