Introduction
In order to reduce the pressure of tailings pond and improve the safety of underground mining, Hunan Yutai adopts unpowered deep cone thickener concentration and pumping pressure system for filling according to local conditions according to the requirements of Party A. The tailings of the dressing plant can increase the underflow concentration to more than 68% through the unpowered deep cone thickener, and the overflow concentration is less than 300ppm. The tailings are transported to underground goaf by filling pump to improve the ore extraction rate and increase the safety of mining operation.
Effectiveness
The concentrator works 330 days a year, 2 shifts per day, 8 hours per shift, the maximum conveying distance is 3000m, the elevation difference is 100m, the tailings treatment capacity is 1873t/d, and the maximum is 2500t/d. The filling capacity of the mine has been significantly improved, injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of the mine.
