Case of phosphogypsum cemented filling system
Introduction
The filling system of this project can not only meet the needs of phosphogypsum or river sand as aggregate filling alone, but also meet the needs of mixed filling of the two. The phosphogypsum is transported to the aggregate stacking shed by the tramcar, loaded to the raw material bin by the loader, scattered to the feeding tape in the bin, and then transported to the paddle mixer by the transfer tape after measurement: the river sand is transported to the aggregate stacking shed of the filling station by the truck after screening, the scraper is fed to the bone silo, and unloaded to the transfer tape by the feeding tape, and transported to the paddle mixer: the bulk cement is transported to the cement near the cement silo, the cement is transported to the top of the cement silo through the soot blowing pipe, and the cement is finally transported to the paddle mixer by the screw feeder after being measured by the stable material at the bottom of the silo; the water flows from the high water tank to the GSJ600-5500-Y paddle mixer by itself. After being fully stirred, phosphogypsum, river sand (reserved), cement and water are transported to the goaf for filling operation through the HGBS150/16-500 filling industrial pump produced by Hunan Yutai.
Effectiveness
It provides a guarantee for the exploitation of 30 million high-quality resources in the deep unmined area, and the project design shaft and roadway volume is 21000m/34000 m.3, with an annual output of 1 million tons of phosphate rock, extending the service life of the mine for 16 years.
