Research and development of more than ten kinds of "mountain repair" equipment

In the workshop of Yutai Heavy Industry, there are more than 10 kinds of professional "repairing mountain" equipment.
It is easy to dig a mountain and difficult to "build a mountain. Yutai Heavy Industry knows that only more professional equipment can better heal the wounds of the mine.
In 2010, the first filling industrial pump offline; in 2014, the first set of mine filling system complete sets of equipment supply; in 2019, the first domestic hard rock shield machine supporting muck conveying pump offline... Yutai Heavy Industry has been focusing on technological innovation, and its products have covered many aspects of mine repair and management.
Zhang Wei, general manager of Yutai Heavy Industry, is very familiar with the complete set of equipment developed by the company. What he admires most is the generous high-lift filling industrial pump that the company continuously innovates and iterates.
"Our industrial pump can pump up to 500 meters and fill up to 400 cubic meters per hour." Zhang Wei told reporters, "according to the characteristics of the slurry, the special hopper structure we designed greatly reduces the flow resistance of the slurry, thus making the filling more efficient."
Zhang Wei said: "The geological structure of each mine is different, and the backfilled slag is also different. We will formulate plans and professionally customize the equipment combination according to the actual situation of the mine."

Accumulated management of more than 100 mines
At a phosphate rock repair site in Guizhou, the staff of Yutai Heavy Industry carried out intense work. After being mixed with ingredients, the tailings are being fed into the dark lacquered mine through a filling pump.
"It can be completed by the end of April. After backfilling and greening, it will not only eliminate exposure, but also avoid geological disasters such as collapse." The staff look forward to: soon here will be a green.
Mine restoration scenes like this are constantly being staged, and equipment and personnel from Yutai Heavy Industries are rushing to all parts of the country.
This year, Yu Tai heavy industry "repair mountain" work is particularly busy. In the plant, all kinds of equipment are busy offline, and the latest batch will be sent to Henan, Xinjiang and other places.
Xiao Haiyan, chairman of Yutai Heavy Industry, answered phone calls from all over the world. She revealed: "The company has more than 3700 cooperative customers and has built or participated in more than 100 filling projects."
Xiao Haiyan told reporters that since the state has successively introduced various types of mine filling tax preferential policies and the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Mine Safety Production Work", and vigorously promoted the transformation and upgrading of mines, the demand for mine filling in various regions has increased, and the company has responded to the call of the country. Around the general framework of Beidou's digital production safety and resource monitoring in mines, the company has established a perception management operation system on mine infrastructure based on Beidou's high-precision positioning and accurate timing service, combined with artificial intelligence, 5G and other technologies, form a resource production and digital safety monitoring integration platform of "Beidou Digital Twin Artificial Intelligence.
"Relying on this platform, while implementing visual operations, all devices can be started and stopped online with one click."
