Shangri-La County Yunkuang Hongniu Mining Co., Ltd. is located in Shangri-La City, Yunnan Province, with an altitude of more than 4000 meters. In the early stage of design of Hongniu Mining, the caving method was mainly used for mining. In the initial construction of the mine, it is found that the underground geological and hydrological conditions are more complex, and the surface vegetation of the mining area is luxuriant, and the ecological environment is easily damaged by the caving method. In order to improve the safety of underground operation, protect the surface environment and improve the recovery rate of the mine, the filling method was finally selected. The project will build a supporting mine with a filling mining capacity of 4000t/d, and the investment in the filling station of the project exceeds 30 million.
At present, our domestic mine filling can be used as filling aggregate mainly has the whole tailings, grading tailings, river sand waste rock and so on. According to the composition of tailings in Hongniu Mining, the tailings with 50% content have a grain size of -400 mesh. If classified tailings are selected for filling, the remaining fine tailings will be gathered in the tailings pond, which is not conducive to damming the tailings pond. However, the industrial technology for filling full tailings has been relatively perfect. Therefore, the filling process in Hongniu Mining is selected as full tailings cemented filling with high concentration.
Red Bull mining filling design, the main contents include tailings conveying, dense facilities, filling station, slurry conveying and auxiliary facilities. In the bidding for the Red Bull Mining Filling Station project, our company provided Red Bull Mining with two HGBS150/8-400 filling industrial pumps, including frequency conversion motor, electric control system (frequency conversion cabinet, PLC, touch screen, etc.), auxiliary system (cleaning pump, cleaning pipeline and its accessories, etc.), random spare parts, random professional tools, etc.
The HGBS150/8-400 filling industrial pump produced by our company has a filling flow rate of 150 cubic meters per hour, a pressure of 8 MPa and a motor power of 400 kW. It can transport tailings paste, fly ash paste, coal gangue paste, tailings slurry and other materials.
Considering Red Bull Mining FillingThe slurry concentration is large, the pipeline transportation pressure is high, the transportation distance is long, the equipment is continuously pumped in three shifts a day, and the altitude of Red Bull Mining is above 4000 meters in the plateau operation environment. Therefore, the performance requirements for filling equipment are extremely high. In the process of producing equipment, our company strictly controls the quality of the equipment, detects and measures each purchased accessory one by one, and the motors we use are all high-prototype motors, the electrical components are imported to ensure the stable performance of the equipment during operation. Among them, we have adopted a large-diameter conveying cylinder with a diameter of 360mm, which has good suction performance and is not easy to block pipes. The actual conveying volume can basically meet the pumping volume required by the design. And the equipment adopts split design, divided into pumping unit, power unit, control cabinet, high-voltage electric control cabinet, etc., which can be flexibly installed according to the site conditions.
After the equipment was delivered to the filling station of Red Bull Mining, the technicians and after-sales personnel of our company overcame the serious altitude sickness and communicated with customers patiently on the spot. Through professional debugging and with the joint efforts and cooperation of both parties, the formal acceptance of two filling industrial pumps, electric control system and auxiliary system was completed recently. Red Bull Mining is also very satisfied with our after-sales service technology. In the next year, our company will strictly in accordance with the requirements of the contract, the equipment for 24 hours of technical support and after-sales service.
