1, must be a good stability of saturated paste
The good quality paste forms a plunger shape in the pipeline. When it flows in the pipeline, it can always maintain a saturated state, does not lose water under pressure, and the composition remains unchanged. At the same time, the saturated paste will produce a complete lubricating layer at the pipe wall during the pumping process, thereby reducing the friction resistance of the slurry in the pipe flow process, making it have better conveying performance.
2, pumping process, can not produce segregation phenomenon
If the paste in the transport process, the phenomenon of segregation, it is easy to gather in the bend, causing pipe plugging accident. Therefore, before the formal filling, the stratification experiment should be carried out first, and the ratio parameters with good stability should be selected. Especially for the paste containing coarse aggregate, in order to ensure its smooth flow in the pipeline, it is necessary to accurately control the ratio of coarse and fine particles in the material to ensure that the paste has a certain anti-segregation ability. At the same time, during the filling process, mechanical failure, power failure and other unexpected accidents may occur, resulting in the system stopping the pump for maintenance, which requires the paste to be stationary in the pipeline for a long time without segregation, and when the pump is restarted, it can continue to be transported.
3. The content of super fine grade (-200 mesh) in the paste should be appropriate
In the process of the paste flowing in the pipeline, a lubricating layer with low viscosity will be produced at the wall pipe. The existence of the lubricating layer greatly reduces the flow resistance of the paste and improves the conveying performance. The formation of the lubricating layer requires that the material must contain a certain amount of ultrafine particles. At the same time, ultrafine particles have a strong chemical effect in the house, which can make the paste form a wadding network structure with a certain shear strength, thus inhibiting the viscosity of coarse particles and increasing the pipe flow resistance.
