Main Problems of Cemented Filling Technology

Second: tailings dehydration speed is slow
Tailings dewatering is an important process link in hydraulic filling technology, and the surface dewatering process is the main line of development, but due to too many supporting facilities, the reliability and cost of the system have not been solved properly. In the ordinary cemented filling process, due to the low filling concentration, the slurry contains a large amount of filling water, which has exceeded the water consumption required for the cement chemical reaction,. Excess water needs to be removed from the filling body by percolation. However, the particle size of the whole tailings is fine and the permeability is poor, especially the ultra-fine tailings, which seriously hinders the removal of water from the slurry.
