The analysis is as followsGenerally, in the selection of horizontal transportation of tailings, according to the actual production situation and the conclusion of many experiments conducted by our company for Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, when the mass concentration is about 68 ~ 70%, the slump is 240~260mm, and the 100-meter resistance drop is about 0.3~0.4MPa. In the case of 2000m horizontal conveying distance, the resistance is about 6~8MpA, the maximum conveying pressure of this equipment is 15MpA, can fully meet the needs of use.
3. Power Selection: The outlet pressure of the equipment is guaranteed to be 9.5MPa under the condition that the conveying volume is 82 m/h. In case of abnormal situation, the equipment can output a maximum pressure of 15.3MPa and ensure a large volume output of 52.1 m/h. The equipment power fully meets the operating conditions, and its equipment performance parameters and constant power curve are as follows:

Selection of external pipeline recommend: during pipeline transportation, the relationship between flow rate and resistance along the pipeline, the relationship between flow rate and pipeline wear, and the relationship between flow rate and slurry settlement should be comprehensively considered when selecting pipeline flow rate. Generally, 1.2~1.5 m/s pipeline flow rate is more appropriate for horizontal transportation. Under the condition that the actual conveying volume is 80 m/h, the pipe diameter with an inner diameter of 150mm is selected, and the pipe flow rate is 1.25 m/s.
4. Equipment layout:
The equipment adopts pumping unit and power unit to be installed independently, with hose connection in the middle, and the equipment layout can be flexibly designed according to the phenomenon. can be arranged in parallel,L-shaped arrangement, in-line arrangement, etc.
