Introduction
The filling system is designed to handle dry tailings with a capacity of 800t/d and a filling slurry preparation capacity of 700m.3/d, 74m3/h. Due to the complex filling pipeline and long filling distance of the project, the project is equipped with two 90/16-264 filling industrial pumps produced by Hunan Yutai, which take the form of one for use and one for standby, thus fully ensuring the normal and stable operation of the filling system. The concentration of tailings in the project is more than 68%, and the tailings are mainly taken from the tailings of the plant process, and the tailings of the tailings pond are also used as supplements. The capacity of the underground temporary mobile filling station is 100m.3/d, filling material is underground waste residue, pumping distance: vertical height 35-50 meters, horizontal distance 150 meters.
Effectiveness
The factory works 300 days a year, 2 shifts per day and 8 hours per shift. The operating cost is reduced by more than 1/3 compared with the past, which helps the mine to enter a new stage of green, safe and efficient mining.
