Case of full tailings paste filling system (deep cone thickener biaxial continuous mixer filling industrial pump)
Introduction
The main filling equipment is used in Hunan Yutai HGBS250/15-630 filling industrial pump. Hunan Yutai is responsible for undertaking a full tailings paste filling system with a filling capacity of 250 m/h and a conveying distance of 3000 meters. The project uses tailings phosphogypsum as filling aggregate, which can consume solid waste phosphogypsum from surrounding chemical plants while consuming tailings, adding quicklime to neutralize the acidic characteristics of tailings and phosphogypsum, and zero groundwater pollution. In this project, tailings and phosphogypsum paste are used to fill the underground mined-out area, leaving no or a small number of pillars in the mining process, which improves the mining recovery rate and prolongs the service life of the mine.
Effectiveness
The filling system is 300 days/year, with an average of 2 shifts per day, 8 hours per shift, and an average effective filling time of 13 hours per day. The production and construction scale of the project has increased from 900000 tons/year to 2 million tons/year, realizing more mining of rich ore and efficient utilization of phosphorus resources.
