Hebei Jinchangyu Mining is a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Gold Group and one of the largest and most representative gold mines in the Jidong mining district. Located in Qianxi County, Hebei Province, the project employs a complete set of backfilling equipment and utilizes full-tailings cemented backfilling, with ordinary Portland cement as the binding agent. The backfill station is designed to handle 1,000 m³ of void space per day, with an hourly filling capacity of no less than 85 m³/h. The tailings are conveyed at a solids concentration of 65–75%, with a maximum discharge pressure of 16 MPa.
